Cancellation Policy

At Detail District, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and quality service for all of our clients, please review our booking policy below: All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system, by phone, or by email. Please provide accurate vehicle details (make, model, size, and condition) when booking so we can prepare the correct service and time frame. Mobile detailing appointments require access to your vehicle, a safe parking location, and in some cases, access to water or power (we will confirm this prior to your appointment). A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, checks to Detail District Detailing, debit/credit, & PayPal We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $65 No-shows without notice will be charged the full service amount or lose booking privileges. If we arrive and are unable to access your vehicle, or if the vehicle is not present, your appointment may be canceled and subject to a cancellation fee. Please be on time to avoid delays in our schedule and to receive full service. Your satisfaction is our priority. If any area of your vehicle does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address it.
